Financial Policy

Our fees are based on the nature of treatment provided. Payments are expected at the time of the visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and Debit Cards.

We accept all PPO insurance as long as you can choose your provider. We make Dentistry affordable by offering different financial options that suits your budget.

Dr. Bamini Blau (Pediatric Dentist) is IN-NETWORK with Cigna, Humana, Delta Premier, Principle, Ameritus, and United Health Care.

Dr. Robert Blau (Endodontist) is IN-NETWORK with Cigna, Humana, Delta Premier, DeCare and Metlife.

Even if you have insurance, deductibles and co-pays are due at the time of the service. Please call us at least 48 hours ahead of your or your child's appointment so we can verify your insurance and better assist you with your claims. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier and you are responsible for any procedures that are not covered under your plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY:
We specifically dedicate time for your child. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us 48 hours notice. Repeated cancellations will result in a $30 cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ENDODONTIC PATIENTS:
We Reserve 90 minutes for your root canal appointments. If you are unable to keep the appointment please notify our office 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
